Hi, I'm Raihane
I'm a Nutritional Therapist and I am on a mission to inform, inspire, and empower healthier women.
Growing up in France, I always had an interest in natural therapies and was incredibly lucky to be brought up on home-cooked French and Moroccan dishes. However, my student years at university took a real toll on my health. The combination of takeaways, sugary snacks, poor sleep, and stress contributed to my diagnosis of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) in 2013. For months, I struggled with chronic fatigue and digestive discomfort, as well as suffering from debilitating period pains. This is when I realised that I had lost touch with my own body and intuition. I decided to take my health into my own hands and quickly developed an immense passion for the healing power of food and nutrition.
My experience sparked a deep desire to learn more and help others. In 2015, I decided to enrol on a three-year course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I studied biomedicine and nutritional therapy and was lectured by amazing Naturopaths, Nutritionists and Functional Medicine practitioners. After completing 200 hours of clinical practice, I finally qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2018.
Since then, I have helped numerous clients take control over their own health and find healing through nutritional therapy.
If you would like to find out how I could support you to make sustainable and effective changes to your diet and lifestyle, get in touch.

My approach is
I consider each individual to be unique and I provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations rather than a ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution.
A balanced lifestyle is as important as a good diet, so I also help my clients maintain healthy lifestyle habits that will contribute to good health.
Eating healthy is not just about restrictions. It's about making peace with food, creating balance and (re)discovering the taste of nourishing foods.
