About me

Raihane Palagi, Nutritherapist

I'm a Nutritional Therapist and I am on a mission to inform, inspire, and empower healthier women.

Growing up in France, I always had an interest in natural therapies and was incredibly lucky to be brought up on home-cooked and delicious meals. However, my student years at university took a real toll on my health. The combination of takeaways, sugary snacks, poor sleep, and stress contributed to my diagnosis of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) in 2013. For months, I struggled with chronic fatigue and digestive discomfort, as well as suffering from debilitating period pains. This is when I realised that I had lost touch with my own body and intuition. I decided to take my health into my own hands and quickly developed an immense passion for the healing power of food and nutrition.

My experience sparked a deep desire to learn more and help others. In 2015, I decided to enrol on a three-year course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I studied biomedicine and nutritional therapy and was lectured by amazing Naturopaths, Nutritionists and Functional Medicine practitioners. After completing 200 hours of clinical practice, I finally qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2018.

Since then, I have helped numerous clients take control over their own health and find healing through nutritional therapy.

With me, you benefit from:

Solid knowledge acquired during my studies and various training courses
